How does the Business plan work?

You buy as many seats as there are people on the team and then hand them out: you enter an email, your colleague gets an invitation and accepts it with one click. Every occupied seat means full Premium for one person; a company unlocks no extra features. Only you as the account owner pay, the others pay nothing and have nothing to sort out. You have Premium too, and it takes up none of the seats you bought.

What if someone joins or leaves the team?

You remove a person with one click in the account overview and the seat is freed for someone else straight away. When you need more seats you buy them in the subscription management and Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the period. Reducing seats deletes nobody: Premium stays with those who joined earlier, and the rest light up as soon as you buy seats again.

What happens to the team when the business subscription ends?

Members go back to the Free plan with the original daily limits and nobody loses data or settings. The team and the list of people stay, so when the subscription is renewed everyone gets Premium back and you do not have to send the invitations again.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. In the subscription management you click cancel and that is it. No notice period, no phone call. Premium runs to the end of the paid period, then the account goes back to the Free plan.

What happens to my data when I stop?

Nothing is deleted. Favourite tools and saved presets stay and you keep using them on the Free plan. Only the original daily limits come back. You can delete the account and all its data yourself at any time in the account overview.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, automatically with every payment. You will find it in the subscription management, downloadable as a PDF with everything a tax document needs. By the way: you can issue invoices here yourself too. The invoice generator is among the tools and we use it for our own billing.

How can I pay?

By card (Visa, Mastercard) and through Apple Pay or Google Pay if you have them on your phone or in your browser. Payments are handled by Stripe. The card number never reaches us; all we learn is that the payment went through.

I am VAT registered, what about that?

At checkout you can fill in your billing details including a VAT ID. The document then comes with the tax stated correctly for your country.

Why are not all the tools paid?

Because most of them run right in your browser and cost us nothing. We only pay for what the server actually computes: language model calls, PDF compression or background removal. That is what we charge for, not the rest.
