What companies ask most often
- Do we get a proper invoice?
- Yes. You fill in the billing details, including a VAT ID, at checkout and the document arrives by email; it is also in the subscription management. Payment is by card through Stripe.
- Who at your end can reach our documents?
- With 86 tools nobody, because the file never reaches us. With the remaining 5 it is processed in the server's memory and deleted straight away: never written to disk, never in a backup and never used to train models. Which tools those are is listed by name.
- We need to roll this out across the company.
- There is nothing to install. The tools run in the browser, so a link is enough and nobody has to call IT about permissions. The business plan adds shared seats and removes the daily limits.
- What if the service goes down?
- The tools that run in the browser keep working; a server outage does not touch them. We measure availability and publish it on Service status including the history of incidents and their causes.
- We have a security questionnaire, who fills it in?
- Most of the answers are already on Security: how we protect accounts, what happens to uploaded files and what we deliberately do not have. Send us the rest and we will fill it in.
- We need more seats or something extra.

Most tools are free and need no account. Bookmark them for your colleagues and worry about the business plan only when you hit the daily limits or want shared seats.
